Virtual SAM Session

Whether you choose to complete the SAM session from the comforts of your own home or at your office desk, all you will need is a computer (PC or laptop) with a reliable internet connection.  Our program will use a robust webinar system to connect family physicians from across the country, interact with a mental health expert by following the American Board of Family Medicine’s 60 question format. As an entire group, your answers will be collected and submitted as one answer sheet to the ABFM for completion of the Knowledge Assessment portion of the SAM. All you need to do is listen, watch and participate in live discussion featuring Craig Travis, PhD as the expert speaker. With your computer, an internet connection, and your KAFP membership - you're ready to go!.
