KSA Group Learning Session - Heart Failure Helps to Fulfill ABFM Requirements

Wednesday, June 7

1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

KAFP

This Annual Meeting pre-conference session: KSA Group Learning - Heart Failure  is an easy way to fulfill one of your American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) requirements. The Knowledge Self-Assessment (KSA), formerly SAM,  meets your ABFM's Family Medicine Certification Self-Assessment Activities requirement.

This KSA is led by Sheryl Beard, MD, FAAFP of Wichita, Kansas. Dr. Beard graduated with her degree in medicine from the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita in 1999. She then entered residency at the University Of Kansas School Of Medicine Wichita Family Medicine Residency at Via Christi and graduated from the program in 2002. After residency training she joined the United States Air Force where she was stationed at McConnell Air Force Base, Wichita, Kansas. She served a short tour in Iraq at Kirkuk Air Base in 2006.  She spent a short time in private practice prior to entering her academic career at Via Christi, Wichita, Kansas where she has been a faculty member since 2008.

KSA seating is limited. Register online with your Annual Meeting registration or separately at KSA Heart Failure.
